When I select “Complete version” from the app menu in my Android device, the download does not start and I am redirected to the Google Play Store. How can I correct this problem?

If you are in Android and when downloading the complete version by selecting “Complete Version,” from the e-course menu you are redirected to the Google Play Store, this means you must be lacking certain Google services on your smartphone or tablet. To rectify this situation, you generally just need to install or reinstall the Google Chrome browser.

* The authentication system for the Assimil e-course is based on the services offered by Google.

Accordingly:

- Your Android smartphone or tablet must be compatible with Google services and apps.

- You must log on from a country that does not block or censor Google services, such as China.
