How do I download, install and activate the e-course on Windows or macOS? Step-by-step explanation

Download and installation:

If you purchased the e-course on our website assimil.com or from a bookstore via an AppLivre pack, you will have registered a delivery code on the website mypurchase.assimil.online.

If this has not been done, go to this page to register your code. Otherwise, you can sign in again to your account. (Unless you have changed it, the password will be the delivery code registered when opening your account on the website).

Once connected and your code has been registered, you will be able to download and install the e-course on your Windows or macOS PC from the links provided on the “My products” page.

You can also download the e-course directly from the website product page. Then select the e-course you wish to download from the list offered here and click on the "Windows" or "macOS” logo, depending on your PC, in order to commence the download. Once the file has been downloaded (".exe" for Windows or ".dmg" for macOS), commence the installation.

Activation of the complete version:

By clicking on the icon of your course (English in this example), the app window will open (see Fig. 1) as will your browser (see Fig. 2).

In the window of your browser, log on using the e-mail address linked to your licence. If it is a Gmail address, use the “Sign in with Google” option, otherwise use the “Sign in with email” option.

Once connected, your browser will display the following page (Fig.3):

The app should now have been unblocked and you will be able to access the courses (see Fig. 4) and you can therefore close the browser window.

If the app remains blocked (see Fig. 1), enter the code displayed in your browser into the box provided, in this example: “TWOvkw”. The app will be unblocked (Fig. 4) and you will be able to access your course.
